How to order?

Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation of activating your account, on the email you specify.

ORDER OF VENDING MACHINES
Click on the blue machine icon to the right of your screen and the site will automatically open a new window where you will be taken to our official website where you can browse the full range of new and second hand machines we offer.

ORDER SPARE PARTS FOR VENDING MACHINES
Click the VENDING PARTS button in the main menu
Select the category you are interested in and then all the machines in it will come out. By clicking on the chosen machine you will see all the available schemas.
Choose the scheme you are interested in. You will see all spare parts pinned with their code, part name and price. The parts are also listed from the right to the scheme. Select the part you are interested in either the scheme or the list on the right. Once you see all the details for the spare part, click the order button.
Once the order has been sent, you will receive a confirmation to your email.
You can also keep track of the actual status of each order above in the users menu. If you change the status of your order, you will receive an email.

Delivery

Upon receiving your request, our representative will contact you to confirm the order, its value, the way and the delivery time. If you do not have confirmation by phone, please contact us.

How does the payment work?
Cash on Delivery

Payment of the items you choose is made through a charge.

This method is valid only for Bulgaria. This is a service that provides maximum convenience and reliability to the customer, and the payment of the ordered product takes place at the time of delivery, i.e. when a courier visits you at an address you specify and personally hand over your purchased goods.

Bank transfer

This method of payment could be used both domestically and externally. Goods will be delivered after receiving the payment in our bank account. The data required for the payment will be indicated during your request as well as in the confirmation email.

Return

A customer who has ordered a product may also refuse to receive the goods if the goods delivered clearly do not correspond to the customer’s order and this can be determined by a simple product review.

Upon receipt and payment of the goods, the customer may request the return and refund of the price paid by him / her when:

Where there is a discrepancy between the goods ordered and delivered which it was impossible to establish at the time of delivery, the goods shall be replaced within 48 hours of delivery.
In the above-mentioned cases, the cost of returning the goods is at the expense of the seller.
Purchased goods can be returned within 7 days of receipt if they are not used, printed or damaged commercially. In another case, return costs are at the expense of the customer.
